These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Rate my Style app and website operated by Viraj Chavan ("we", "us", "our"). By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

2. Service Description

Rate my Style provides AI-assisted outfit scoring, styling feedback, and follow-up conversation features based on images and text you submit.

3. Account and Access

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, security concerns, or Terms violations.

4. Usage and Access

• Access to AI-powered features may be subject to usage limits depending on your account type.
• We enforce per-user rate limits to ensure fair access and prevent abuse. Exceeding these limits may result in temporary restrictions.
• Usage limits and pricing may change in future app versions.
• Abuse, automation, or attempts to bypass limits are prohibited.

5. User Content

• You retain ownership of the content you submit.
• You grant us a limited license to process your content to operate and improve the service.
• You must not upload unlawful, infringing, abusive, or harmful content.

6. AI Output Disclaimer

AI-generated ratings and feedback are informational in nature and may be inaccurate, subjective, or incomplete. They are not professional, medical, legal, or financial advice.

7. Intellectual Property

The service, branding, interface, and software (excluding your submitted content) are owned by us or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Service Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of the service or your violation of these Terms.

You may stop using the service at any time. You may delete your account through app settings. We may terminate or restrict access if required for legal, operational, or security reasons.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or use of the service.
