Delete Your Data

Rate my Style gives you full control over your data. You can delete your entire account or remove individual outfits directly from the app. This page explains both options.

1. Delete Your Account

Deleting your account permanently removes your profile and all associated data from Rate my Style.

Steps

1. Open the Rate my Style app.
2. Go to Settings (gear icon on the home screen).
3. Scroll down and tap "Delete Account".
4. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

What gets deleted

• Your account and login credentials
• All uploaded outfit photos
• All outfit ratings, style feedback, and analysis results
• All follow-up conversation messages
• Your profile information

What may be retained

• De-identified AI usage records (token counts, request metadata) that are unlinked from your account and used for aggregate analytics, fraud prevention, and billing integrity.
• Transaction and subscription records as required for accounting, tax, dispute resolution, and compliance purposes.

Timing

Account deletion is immediate and permanent. Once confirmed, your data cannot be recovered.

2. Delete Individual Outfits

You can remove specific outfits without deleting your entire account.

Steps

1. Open the Rate my Style app.
2. Tap on the outfit you want to delete.
3. Tap the three-dot menu (top-right corner).
4. Tap "Delete".
5. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

What gets deleted

• The outfit record and all associated photos
• Style feedback and analysis results for that outfit
• Follow-up conversation messages related to that outfit

Timing

Outfit deletion is immediate and permanent.

3. Can't Access the App?

If you are unable to access the app and want to request account or data deletion, you can contact us directly by email. We will verify your identity and process the request within a reasonable timeframe.
